Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Victorian public holidays).
- Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Please note that tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped. - If your parcel becomes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated. If you prefer separate shipping, please place separate orders.
